This website is for informational purposes and to facilitate quote requests for garage finishing services in the northwest Twin Cities metro. You may not use this site for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.
Published package prices are starting prices for standard configurations. Your final project price is confirmed in writing after an in-home estimate. Any scope changes from the original quote are disclosed and agreed upon before work begins. We do not perform work outside the agreed-upon scope without written customer approval.
Northwork Garage provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers paint adhesion failure, slatwall panel loosening, and shelf anchor failure under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by vehicle impact, flooding, pest activity, or modifications made by parties other than Northwork Garage. Warranty service is performed at no charge to the customer within the covered period.
A 50% deposit is required at scheduling. The remaining 50% is due at project completion after the customer's walkthrough and sign-off. We accept credit card, check, and bank transfer.
The $100 VISA Gift Card referral reward is issued after the referred customer completes and pays for any package or custom project of $2,000 or more. One reward per referred customer. Gift card has no expiration and no strings attached.
Northwork Garage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific project.
We may update these terms as the business grows. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
